The image rights belongs exclusively to the Clube Naval de Cascais. By participating in the courses, participants automatically grant to Clube Naval de Cascais and its sponsors the right to use and display, from time to time and at its discretion, any image, video, animation or any other reproduction of itself, during the class period.
The participants also undertake not to perform or allow any act of reproduction, public communication or distribution of images of courses and classes without the prior authorization of the Clube Naval de Cascais.
I further declare that I have taken note of the Regulations of the Mirpuri Sailing School, of Clube Naval de Cascais, committing myself to comply with, or have the participant enrolled above comply, with all the points contained there in and I agree with the personal accident insurance: €5 / year - Policy 0314286. Coverage: Death or permanent disability: € 10,000.00 / Treatment or repatriation expenses: € 1,000.00. Deductible: €50.00, on account of the victim.
